These Terms govern photography and related services provided by Ink And Clover Studio Inc.
Services
Services may include commercial photography, corporate photography, product photography, portraits, event coverage, brand and lifestyle photography, creative direction, post-production, and related visual-production services.
Project Scope & Quotations
The exact scope, deliverables, pricing, schedule, usage rights, and responsibilities for an engagement may be established through a quotation, proposal, invoice, or separate written agreement. Scope changes may require revised pricing or timelines.
Payment
Clients agree to pay authorized fees according to the payment schedule provided for the applicable engagement. Additional services outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
Scheduling & Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely approvals, and permissions for locations, products, personnel, or materials under their control where required.
Intellectual Property & Usage
Ownership and licensing of photographs are governed by the applicable project agreement. Copyright does not automatically transfer solely because photography services were purchased. Commercial usage rights may be limited by media, duration, geography, or other agreed conditions.
Third-Party Costs
Certain projects may require studio rentals, locations, models, stylists, travel, permits, equipment rentals, printing, or other third-party resources. Responsibility for these costs will be communicated as applicable.
Cancellations
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund terms will be communicated in the applicable booking or project agreement. Clients should contact Customer Support promptly regarding schedule changes.
Liability
Any limitations of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the governing client agreement.
