Creative outcomes can vary according to location, subject, environmental conditions, project requirements and client instructions. Specific deliverables are defined by the applicable engagement.

6. Research

Research findings reflect the applicable methodology, sample, respondents, available information and circumstances and do not guarantee future opinions, behavior, commercial outcomes or media results.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership, licensing, reproduction rights and permitted uses of project deliverables will be governed by the applicable agreement and law. Ink And Clover Studio Inc retains rights in its pre-existing methodologies, systems, templates, branding and intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

8. Third-Party Resources

Projects may involve independent studios, contractors, equipment providers, research platforms, technology companies, data providers or other vendors. Responsibility for associated costs should be established in the applicable engagement.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable engagement terms.

10. Prohibited Use

Clients may not use the website or services for fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, abusive, defamatory or infringing activities.

11. Limitation of Liability
